ECO line products feature natural hydrocarbons that achieve more efficient cooling due to their high latent heat of evaporation (the amount of heat required to turn a liquid into a gas). As a larger amount of heat energy is required to break the hydrocarbon molecules, these refrigerants remove heat more efficiently from the freezer cabinet than a traditional refrigerant.
As a result, smaller compressors are used in VIP ECO ULT Freezers that improve energy efficiency and lower running costs. In addition, our natural refrigerants have an exceptionally low global warming potential and are, therefore, better for the environment.

Space for the equipment must, of course, be available. Other than that, a normal 230V electrical socket is all that is required to run one.
