These Hybrid Water Cooled Freezers can achieve temperatures down to -150°C and feature cooling technology that, together with VIP insulation, improves compressor efficiency. Power consumption can be reduced by as much as 15-20% compared to an equivalent Air-Cooled model.

ULT Freezers with Hybrid Water Cooling utilise a chilled water circuit to extract the generated heat from the condenser or can use traditional air cooling via a fan motor. The freezer can switch from water cooled to air cooled, if necessary. Hybrid Water Cooled freezers contribute to a significant reduction in power consumption and will also reduce the amount of heat dissipated into the air. In addition, Hybrid Water Cooled Freezers have improved temperature stability compared to Air Cooled Freezers.
